SEATTLE BHAKTI YOGA CENTER
Bhakti Chakora Ashram is an inter-city spiritual and cultural center, and temple ashram for personal growth and transformation, based in the timeless wisdom teachings of the Hare Krishna tradition of Bhakti yoga. It is a sacred space for developing divine connection and love for Sri Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead; for opening our hearts, engaging in self-reflection, personal growth and development and acquiring the light of knowledge to dispel the darkness often present in this world.
We hold space for ongoing community gatherings with like-minded, spiritually-oriented people (sat-sangha), which include yoga mantra music (kirtan), spiritual discourse and study of the ancient bhakti yoga wisdom texts (śaśtra). Generally, all events include a blessed vegetarian love feast (prasadam).
Our ashram is a bhakti yoga project of Vana Madhuryam USA, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in service to our Guru Varga and founding Gurudev, Srila Bhaktivedanta Vana Goswami Maharaja from the Midnapura district of West Bengal, India.
